The Enchanted Ethos

At Enchanted we believe that each child is unique and individual with a huge amount to offer the world. We consider every child to be ‘ENCHANTING’, a beautiful, creative and fascinating individual that deserves to be loved, cherished and nurtured within our nursery. We aim to support these aspects from the time they start, to when they move on to school, by providing the highest standards of captivating care and nursery education tailored to the child’s individual needs and interests. Achieved through creating a homely, warm, caring and flexible environment where children feel comfortable, to learn through play at their own pace and have fun along the way!  We are committed to getting to know each child and building strong relationships with them as carers, supporting them in making friendships within the nursery enabling them to be confident and happy. Our aim is to stimulate each child through inclusive  spontaneous and structured activities led by our experienced staff and the children themselves. We respect that parents are the first educators of their own children, and so we establish strong partnerships with our parents in the setting. Parents and carers are encouraged to participate in their child’s learning at the nursery and we encourage an open and respectful relationship between the practitioners and our children’s families.
